He always did what he said he would do in a timely manner. We had a large amount of storm damage and Jason made the process easy to navigate. The night we called Jason, hail had just crashed through our skylight. Within an hour Jason and his crew were at our house ready to tarp up the damage. They literally sat in our driveway and waited for the lightning to pass before they could get on the roof. Their quick action kept us from having interior water damage. We loved everything about Jason. He was straight forward, honest and informative. His flexibility was unmatched with any contractor I have ever dealt with. Great guys. Always polite, informative and friendly. They even helped me take care of a couple of issues that weren't in their scope of work. They removed me roof and my siding so there was a lot of cleanup to do. Yes, I found few extra nails here or there, but that paled in comparison to the amount they actually cleaned up. I am very particular about my landscaping and they went out of their way to protect it and clean up any debris.
