Jason, I immensely appreciate your recent visit to investigate the wet drywall in my office. You and your employee were both wide and thorough in finding the root cause of the problem, fixing the problem, explaining the problem not to be associated with the roofing, suggesting an annual Fall season inspection, and cleaning to prevent reoccurrence of the problem. I have already praised your professionalism about the last summer roofing replacement. I will update that now about the come-back and found/fixed the problem, even when it really was not a fault in your roof system.
