As Production Manager at Freedom Restoration and Roofing, I hold our install crews and supervisors to the highest standards to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction from start to finish.

Organization and communication are at the core of what I do. I take pride in being detail-oriented and organized, making sure every job runs smoothly, stays on schedule, and meets our company’s expectations.

Melissa joined Freedom Restoration and Roofing in 2021, taking the lead on all internal operations. With over 15 years of experience in office and operations management, she brings extensive expertise in financial management, workflow optimization, human resources, and organizational structure to the St. Charles region. Melissa is known for her positive attitude and relentless drive to enhance the customer experience by refining internal processes—ensuring homeowners feel confident and at ease throughout every stage of their project.

Having spent my entire career in customer-focused roles, I understand the importance of clear communication, reliability, and trust. Leah has worked at Freedom since 2025, supporting daily operations in the Office. As an office assistant, she plays an important role working closely with Melissa to handle responsibilities such as bookkeeping, payroll, billing, and office organization, ensuring a smooth experience for both the team and customers. She looks forward to continuing to grow in her role and expanding her knowledge within the industry for many years to come.

Justin Johnson

Justin Johnson is an experienced roofing professional with over five years at Freedom Restoration and Roofing, specializing in residential roofing and storm damage restoration. Known for his strong attention to detail and customer-focused approach, Justin helps homeowners navigate the restoration process with confidence—especially after severe weather events. Based in the Troy area, Justin takes pride in serving both rural communities and larger markets including Chesterfield and the greater St. Louis area. His local expertise allows him to understand the specific weather patterns and roofing challenges homeowners face across these regions.

Before entering the roofing industry, Justin was a collegiate athlete at Lindenwood University, where he played football as a kicker and punter. He holds a business degree, which supports is professional approach to project management, communication, and delivering value to his clients. With a reputation built on trust, reliability, and results, Justin continues to help homeowners protect and restore their most valuable asset—their home.

Brian Sweet

With 11 years of experience in home exterior remodeling, Brian Sweet is dedicated to helping homeowners find the right solutions for their roofing, siding, and window needs. He takes pride in educating customers about their options, guiding them through insurance claims, and providing honest, transparent recommendations tailored to each project.

Known for his exceptional communication, industry knowledge, and punctual service, Brian has built a strong reputation throughout Chesterfield, Ladue, St. Charles, Wildwood, Wentzville, and Warrenton. As a VSI-certified professional, top performer, and one of the company's most referred roofing, siding, and window consultants, he brings a wealth of expertise to every customer interaction. Brian also spent 10 years training inspectors, further demonstrating his commitment to quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Jared Peterman

Jared Peterman has been a Sales Consultant with Freedom Restoration & Roofing, where I’ve spent the past 3 years helping homeowners throughout Chesterfield and the greater St. Louis area restore and protect their homes after storm damage. I specialize in residential roofing and storm damage restoration, guiding homeowners through the inspection, insurance, and construction process from start to finish.

Prior to entering the roofing industry, I spent 19 years in law enforcement. That

experience taught me the importance of clear communication, trust, and doing the right thing for people when they need it most—values I carry into every project today.



My focus is simple: provide honest assessments, communicate clearly, and help homeowners confidently navigate the restoration of their home.

He works directly with homeowners to identify damage, provide accurate evaluations, and guide them through the restoration process from inspection to project completion. His goal is to make the process simple, transparent, and stress-free while ensuring quality workmanship and proper claim  handling.

Juan takes pride in being reliable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Whether it’s roofing, siding, or windows, he focuses on delivering solutions that protect the home and add long-term value. Anthony Owenby is a highly experienced Project Supervisor at Freedom Restoration & Roofing, specializing in residential roofing and siding. His  expertise includes repairs, full siding replacements, windows and doors, columns, fascia, soffit, metal work, garage door wraps, and Affinity stone.

With over 20 years in the siding, roofing, and construction industry, Anthony has served homeowners throughout Warren County, St. Charles County, and the St. Louis County area. He is known for his exceptional craftsmanship, strong attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality results. No matter the size of the project, Anthony takes pride in ensuring every  customer is completely satisfied.
